This initiative allowed 12 students from the school to join the workshop, learning to assemble, solder, and program their own microcontroller boards. The founder of Tinusaur – Mr. Neven Boyanov, once again turned this event into an unforgettable experience for children,  passing on some of his knowledge and showing them that subjects such as mathematics, physics, or computer programming can be fun and exciting.

The workshop was held in one of the specialized classrooms in the school at a convenient time for both the students and the teachers, who also showed interest, actively got involved, and helped the children if needed. The event was also open to the parents of the students. Each kid received their own Tinusaur Kids.Micro kit worth about BGN 50. The fee for participating in the workshop was symbolic – BGN 5.

Everyone successfully assembled their mini-computers, managed to program them, and did not even notice when the four hours had passed, and the satisfaction of a job well done was incomparable.

The aim of these workshops, which we organize with the support of the Vivacom Regional Grant initiative, is to pay attention to small schools and give students the opportunity to reveal their potential, see for themselves what they can assemble and create, and of course, have fun.
